Living Essentials L.L.C. develops and markets products under Chaser, Chaser Plus, and 5-Hour Energy brand names. In 2007, while intensifying their penetration in the marketplace, Living Essentials expanded and moved a portion of their operations to Indiana.  Needing a smooth, technically advanced transition, Living Essentials used their existing technology provider, ZenaComp, to make that happen. 

ZenaComp assisted Living Essentials' growth from 15 work stations to 30 and from one main server to three strategic servers.  In addition, ZenaComp assisted them in achieving substantial cost savings by using their full service, fixed-fee technology services approach.  Expanding to two locations also meant changing technology vision. While working with Living Essentials, ZenaComp identified and designed key technology requirements to support their business strategies.  They integrated existing information into a solid customer relationship management tool, made sure they had the right equipment to support it and then protected their investment with fixed-fee pricing via ZenaCareSM.
